Since 2022, we have been managing the hotel comprehensively, tackling its rebranding and integration into the TMK Hotels by Turismark chain. We have redefined its positioning as a leading all-inclusive resort in Djerba.
TMK Marine Beach by Turismark is a 4-star hotel located on the beachfront of the idyllic island of Djerba, Tunisia. It has a private beach equipped with sun loungers and parasols, an outdoor swimming pool, a heated indoor swimming pool and a children’s pool. It offers modern rooms, many with terraces and sea views, equipped with air conditioning.
It stands out for its all-inclusive package, with two restaurants serving international and local cuisine, as well as beach and pool bars. The hotel offers entertainment with shows, sports activities and a full entertainment programme, ideal for families, couples and groups. It is located just 400 metres from shops, bars and other practical services, all in a natural landscaped setting that complements the experience of rest and leisure.
Professionalise and modernise management, optimise revenue, develop a multi-channel marketing strategy, create a competitive product, improve the experience, boost operational efficiency and strengthen the image of Djerba as an international tourist destination.
Contracting with tour operators and XML channels, establishing commercial agreements that leverage the synergies of the Turismark group. We apply a management model with European standards, promoting local alliances and revitalisation through social media.
We developed the official website for the TMK Hotels by Turismark chain, creating an optimised direct channel, including a loyalty programme.
