Our relationship with Hotel El Grifo began in 2014, initially with commercial consulting. In 2025, we took over the comprehensive management of the establishment and its restaurant, in direct collaboration with the owners—Bodegas EL GRIFO—with the aim of shaping a unique concept on the island: a hotel-winery where tradition, authenticity, and wine tourism intertwine. We are currently working on strengthening a new brand, with an innovative and genuine vision that revalues the rural from a contemporary perspective and experience.
Hotel El Grifo is a charming rural hotel in the heart of Lanzarote, housed in a historic late 18th-century Canarian mansion listed as a Historic Heritage Site, where family winemaking tradition and authenticity come together to offer travellers an experience with soul.
Position the hotel as a benchmark for quality rural tourism in Lanzarote, attract travellers interested in wine tourism, promote experiences with authentic cultural value, and ensure sustained occupancy throughout the year, especially during seasons with lower demand.
We redesigned the accommodation approach from a comprehensive perspective: we optimised spaces for greater profitability, restructured the restaurant area with a proposal more consistent with the establishment’s philosophy, developed new packages and themed experiences, and assigned a specialised director from the Turismark team to lead daily operations. We boosted online channels with targeted campaigns, sustained engagement on social media, and an email marketing strategy focused on adding value to the product.
In 2025, we launched a new website that accurately conveys the essence of the hotel, focusing on experience, authenticity and direct booking. We implemented robust SEO to position the product competitively. In addition, we included exclusive benefits such as visits to Bodegas EL GRIFO for those who book through the website, along with other advantages that reinforce direct conversion.
